I also see clients through several therapy platforms — Tava Health, Grow Therapy, Sondermind, and Headway — where you can check your insurance coverage directly. I work with clients via telehealth by appointment only. This means you can connect from home or wherever feels comfortable—no commute, no waiting room. If the times I have available don't work for your schedule, reach out anyway. I may be able to accommodate additional times.
